10719NAT Certificate IV in Leadership and Innovation in Dementia Services

The 10719NAT Certificate IV in Leadership and Innovation in Dementia Services is an accredited qualification in dementia care for health and aged care professionals working with people living with dementia.


The new course consists of 16 units. Whilst participants are required to successfully complete all units to gain the full qualification, individual units can be completed for a statement of attainment.

  • Leadership and culture change

  • Communication and relationship valuing

  • Creating enabling environments

  • Developing strategies to reduce stigma

  • Providing support to people living with younger onset dementia
